We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Logistics Analyst in Morton IL.
OurProduct Support and Logistics Division (PSLD)is one of the most innovative divisions within PSLD as within all of Caterpillar our priority is ourcustomers and helping them build a better world. PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts integrated logistics and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers.

Job Summary:
- This Logistics Analyst works directly with Dealers on Order Management utilizing PSLD Aftermarket systems and processes to support Aftermarket parts sales.
Additional Info:
- This role is located in Morton IL and does not offer relocation
- This role is 1st shift
- This role is 100% on-site with no opportunities for hybrid or remote schedules
- This role includes rotational weekend and holiday coverage
- This role requires up to 5% domestic travel
What You Will Do:
- Assisting in communicating with Dealers procurement material planning inventory distribution to minimize cost and improve efficiency.
- Providing technical support and assistance with supply chain management.
- Inputting data into supply chain application systems; maintaining the systems on a regular basis.
- Collecting analyzing and reporting data on supply chain operation.
What You Have (Required Skills):
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Logistics Management: Knowledge of the processes tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand predict and control the movement of goods materials and supplies.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
- SAP / EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) experience
- ANTARES Parts Ordering experience
- PowerBI / ItemScout experience
- SIMS (Service Information Management System) experience

Summary Pay Range:
$79800.00 - $119760.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
