About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Business and QA Analyst who will identify and define problems to deliver business solutions that will impact the company-wide. The BQA will also execute test cases as well as create SQL queries. This role strongly emphasizes excellent communication prioritizing tasks and the ability to adapt quickly to change.

Qualifications :
Some of the main responsibilities for the role include:
- Create business requirements documentation and user stories that meet user expectations and satisfy business objectives
- Create and participate in the testing strategy
- Use root cause analysis to identify and document problems
- Prioritize solutions based on risk and impact and validate those potential solutions
- Create and run SQL queries to validate QA outcomes of database development
- Communicate with a broad range of staff to understand requirements and issues and share updates
Job Skills/Requirements
- 90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a business/data analyst or quality assurance role
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Experience writing test cases using C# and Angular
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
- Strong communication skills time management and attention to detail
