We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN or LPN to provide nursing care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient-centered care strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently while following established care plans.
- Perform initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications treatments and wound care as ordered.
- Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
- Educate clients and families on health management and care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other members of the care team.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current GA RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred).
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible scheduling (full-time part-time and PRN available).
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.
