Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical Unit to join our dedicated healthcare team in Silvis IL. This is a travel RN opportunity for skilled nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
Shift: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:30 AM 3x12s (36 hours per week Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care by implementing and monitoring individualized care plans.
- Accurately monitor record and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of care across all disciplines for seamless well-coordinated treatment.
- Execute physician and nursing orders efficiently and accurately.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting.
- Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills.
- Traveler RN experience preferred.
