Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room RN to join our fast-paced and collaborative Emergency Department in Mishawaka IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who thrives in critical care settings values teamwork and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols.
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Accurately monitor record and communicate patient conditions.
- Serve as the primary coordinator between physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders with precision and professionalism.
- Assess patient needs and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Emergency Room experience preferred).
- License/Certification: Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and patient care skills.
