As a Business Development Representative (BDR) youll be the first voice our future customers hearand the spark that ignites new business opportunities in the world of digital identity and cybersecurity.
Youll play a key role in building our sales pipeline partnering with our marketing and sales teams to engage enterprise clients and drive outbound campaigns. If youre motivated by purpose performance and personal growth this is your moment.
Be the first point of contact for potential customers across the region
Engage with C-level executives at Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
Communicate Thales value proposition across multiple verticals
Drive qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
Use tools like and sales engagement platforms to manage outreach and pipeline data
Collaborate with marketing to support targeted campaigns and account-based strategies
Contribute directly to pipeline growth and long-term customer relationships
1 year of experience in business development lead generation or inside sales
(SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus)
Excellent communication skills clear confident and persuasive
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools
Team spirit adaptability and a goal-oriented mindset
An understanding of B2B sales cycles and qualification methodologies
