Senior Technical Project ManagerAbout your role:
A successful Senior Technical Project Manager at Fiserv thrives in managing complex high-impact projects ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet stakeholder expectations. They demonstrate strong ownership and accountability while leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives toward successful delivery. Their influence spans across organizational levels fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business objectives.
What youll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time within scope and within budget.
- Own project planning execution and delivery including schedule scope risk and issue management.
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation.
- Manage project budgets resource allocation and financial tracking with precision.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.
Experience youll need to have:
- 7 years of progressive project management experience including leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- 6 years of experience using Microsoft Project.
- 6 years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1 years of experience in using Jira.
- Bachelors degree in computer science IT or an equivalent combination of work education and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking.
- Experience in advanced risk mitigation and change management strategies.
- Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience navigating organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes.
- PMP and/or CSM certification.

Salary Range:
$100000.00-$135000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
