What you will do:
The Pre-validation Engineering Change Controller plays a key role in the engineering change process and acts as a bridge between Engineering and Operations. They serve as Chair of the Manufacturing Change Board coordinate engineering change execution within operations and communicate changes once approved.
- Chair the Manufacturing Change Board
- Understand the impact each engineering changes may have on various groups within Operations with whom the change must be communicated and coordinated
- Engage with Manufacturing Operations Global Supply Chain and assembly sites to gather commitments for engineering change execution
- Create and present monthly reports to leadership including the status of engineering changes
- Manage standard work / policies / procedures / KPIs
- Ensure policies procedures and standard work are followed
- Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes
Qualifications you must have:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications we prefer:
- Understanding of supply chain and MRP processes
- Knowledge and familiarity with SAP System transactions
- Understanding of bills of material and configuration management
- Experience reading technical drawings / blueprints
- Knowledge and familiarity with TeamCenter
- Proficient knowledge of product change incorporation processes
- APICS / ASCM certification
- Raytheon Six Sigma ACE or CORE advanced certification
- Experience with MS SharePoint site administration

This role is:
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
