As Marketing Executive youll support the Head of Marketing in delivering a wide variety of campaigns and initiatives designed to drive business growth enhance brand visibility and engage customers. From managing digital platforms to crafting impactful content youll play a vital role in ensuring all marketing activity is consistent professional and effective.
This is a hands-on varied position where no two days are the same perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering the marketing strategy.
Manage and grow digital channels including social media websites and email campaigns.
Create compelling content such as blogs case studies brochures exhibition assets and digital campaign materials.
Drive traffic and lead generation through SEO PPC and social media.
Capture and edit photography and video content for multi-channel use.
Analyse and report on performance using tools such as GA4 WordPress SEMrush and Hootsuite.
Collaborate with agencies stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
About You
Were seeking a proactive organised and creative individual who is confident working across multiple channels. Youll need to be adaptable detail-oriented and excited to contribute fresh ideas.
Youll bring:
A degree in Marketing Communications Media or similar or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years broad marketing experience (social content PR design events) if no qualification.
Excellent content writing skills with SEO knowledge.
Proven experience managing social media channels and communities.
Competence with analytics tools (GA4 Google Tag Manager email/social insights).
Familiarity with WordPress CMS and CRM systems (Sugar CRM is a bonus).
Experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns with a focus on ROI.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong stakeholder management and agency liaison experience.
