- Manage staff onboarding and orientations and inform selected candidates about the required documentation facilitating them in completing the recruitment packs.
- Conduct Exit interviews.
- To ensure the prompt completion of the EMF gratuity DSR and cheque file.
- Maintain left and new-hired staff records on the clients admin portal.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word Excel and Office
- Must have Administrative skills
