*Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engine performance and powerplant engineering related training courses to internal and external customers both at the P&W China Customer Training Center (CCTC) and on-site at customer locations around the world. Main responsibilities include the development and delivery of specific training modules related to engine on-wing health monitoring engine fleet management engine design & repair and engine overhaul process and workscope development.
Additional responsibilities include designing courseware in accordance with the P&W CTC Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Process evaluating course material for content and accuracy and recording quality escapes to support CORE requirements. The elected candidate will also be responsible for fielding customer requests and directing customers to appropriate P&W support personnel.
*Education / Certifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. Must be computer literate with MS Office tools (Word EXCEL & PowerPoint as a minimum).
*Experience / Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Powerplant Engineering working in engine performance health monitoring fleet management system/hardware or engine overhaul process management. Technical knowledge gained from working with aircraft operators and MRO companies is desirable.
