UnspecifiedImplement EH&S Management System to steer the company towards an injury-free work environment.
Drive compliance with regulatory and permit requirements through assistant monitoring of compliance calendar and standard work to ensure proper management and accurate reporting.
Lead the EH&S Council support proactive improvement projects/activities and annual plan implementation.
Actively engage various function teams in the implementation of EH&S programs to improve awareness and performance towards established EH&S goals.
Promote Report It Dont Ignore It (RIDII) program including near-miss implementation and oversight of RIDII improvement activities.
Facilitate and participate EH&S improvement initiatives such as but not limited to: Risk Assessment Machine Guarding Ergonomics Humantech Slip/Trip/Fall preventions and laceration preventions.
Support the adoption and implementation of relevant international and local EH&S related standards and best practices.
Coordinate the internal and external EHS audit and incident investigation prepare reports and monitor corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate EH&S emergency preparedness and conduct drills/exercises as required.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Diploma in Environmental Science Occupational Safety Engineering or a related field.
Candidates without a Diploma may also be considered with relevant WSQ EH&S certifications.
2 years of relevant EH&S experience in an industrial manufacturing or engineering environment.
Familiarity with local and international EH&S regulations and standards.
A team player good communication result orientated self-motivated and passion for excellence.
Meticulous and exhibit a high level of integrity.
Good analytical organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B WSH Coordinator).
BizSAFE Level 2 / Level 3.
MOM-recognized Safety and Health certifications.
Experience in supporting ISO 45001 or ISO14001 audits and implementation.
