Job Description
Our client is a pioneering company that specializes in institutional access to digital asset markets. Theyre seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team in ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review clients liquidity providers and exchanges to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
- Support the preparation of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports and maintain compliance policies
- Provide regulatory compliance advice to various teams and assist with risk assessments and vendor due diligence
- Manage compliance registers prepare compliance reports and support internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Team player with good judgment and analytical skills
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Experience in Know Your Business (KYB) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) in virtual/digital assets is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
