Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Lead to drive MacBook sales through system integrators (SIs) who serve end-user clients across enterprise education and government sectors. This role is responsible for building strong commercial relationships executing go-to-market strategies and achieving sales targets in collaboration with a network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow MacBook sales through system integrators and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key SI partners understanding their business models go-to-market strategies and customer base.
- Enable and support SIs in positioning MacBooks effectively to their end users with the right sales tools training and technical support.
- Own the sales funnel from forecasting and lead development to pipeline management and deal closure in coordination with SI partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing technical pre-sales and finance to ensure alignment with company goals and partner success.
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing volume incentives and marketing development funds (MDF) with channel partners.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics providing detailed reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on Apple ecosystem developments competitors market trends and customer needs to tailor commercial strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of B2B channel sales or commercial sales experience preferably in IT hardware or enterprise tech solutions.
- Proven track record of managing reseller or SI partnerships and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the system integrator landscape and how they interact with end customers in verticals like enterprise education or public sector.
- Excellent negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Apple ecosystem MacOS and complementary enterprise solutions is a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
