We are an Italian multinational family company operating in the Construction business applied to civil and industrial engineering and with several applications and systems on the market.
In order to strengthen our Sales Department for the national perimeter were looking for a Sales Area Manager focused in the Southern Germany area.
Tasks
The selected Candidate will cover the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the local market choosing the better solution to be proposed to existing and new Clients;
- Carry out frequent field visits to customers business partners and integrators at national and - where consistent with the business mission - international trade fairs;
- Analyzing the local business context and contribute to the sales strategy for the German area coordinating with the local and international Management;
- Find new product and business solutions cooperating with the commercial technical and back-office structure of the German legal entity;
- Produce the commercial reporting requested by the Management.
Requirements
- At least 3/4 years of experience in Commercial / Field Sales roles in Germany and the related knowledge of local national market and opportunities;
- Fluent in English and German languages;
- Commercial approach aptitude for business development and the creation of new opportunities both in front of existing customers and in relation to the development of new channels and lines;
- Precision clarity and transparency on business tasks.
