Based at our Athens Square youll be part of the Sales & Customer Care team based in Italy working closely with colleagues across Italy and Greece. Youll help us deliver top-notch service to our guests (B2C) maintain strong relationships with partners (B2B) and support our mission to make every YellowSquare experience unforgettable.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day communication with guests (B2C) responding to inquiries solving issues and ensuring a great customer experience
- Supporting sales activities with B2B partners such as tour operators and agencies
- Coordinating group bookings and following up with partners and clients to guarantee smooth operations
- Managing bookings requests and reviews across different channels (direct OTAs agencies)
- Helping to improve workflows processes and tools (CRM email templates reporting etc.)
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure efficient information flow and guest satisfaction
- Contributing to sales initiatives and customer care projects with your ideas and energy
What You Bring
- 23 years of experience in sales hospitality hotellerie or customer care
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Fluent in Greek and English (C1 level minimum); Italian or other languages are a plus
- Hands-on experience with digital tools (CRM PMS OTA extranets Google Workspace; channel managers is a plus)
- Organizational mindset: you love structure and keeping things running smoothly
- A proactive problem-solving approach with a friendly and professional attitude
- Availability for full-time work in Athens and flexibility to travel when needed.
