Job Description
To provide hands-on experience in first-line risk enablement within PCM supporting the Transaction Services business in managing its non-financial risks effectively while enabling growth. The STA will contribute to backlog closure risk mitigation and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PCM team in identifying and remediating control gaps particularly in payment processing and callback verification thresholds.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Product Control Standards (PCS) and contribute to the operational resilience framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across ODCR Compliance and TS business teams to ensure alignment on risk ownership and mitigation actions.
- Contribute to the closure of high-risk MIAs and support reporting to TS MT and regulators.
- Participate in domain meetings and help track lessons learned and post-mortem actions.
Learning Opportunities

Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in risk management and operational resilience.
- Analytical mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Ideally with experience or interest in payments cash management or control functions.
Duration: 9 months
Location: Amsterdam (or Bratislava subject to team capacity)
