Part time or full time availability
Linden Brewing Co. is looking for a skilled and motivated cook whos ready to join our kitchen staff. Were a busy growing brewery with a smaller menu focused on consistency speed and creativity.
What Youll Do:
Help lead daily kitchen operations and maintain a smooth service flow
Keep prep and line stations organized and stocked
Manage ticket times to ensure guests get hot fresh food fast
Train and support other kitchen staff to work efficiently and reduce waste.
Maintain a clean safe and compliant kitchen
Collaborate on fresh creative menu ideas that align with our brand
Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience on the line in a busy kitchen
Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the team moving
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable punctual and takes pride in their work
Passion for food and openness to experimenting with new ideas

No late nights we close by 10 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
