Job Description:
This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business strategy user needs and technical implementation in an agile insurance environment. The ideal candidate would have a unique blend of insurance expertise technical acumen and strong leadership skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Set and communicate product vision
- Align digital products with team strategy
- Manage product backlog and prioritize items
- Translate user needs into stories and acceptance criteria
- Oversee team output strategy and release planning
- Integrate user research into product requirements
- Be accountable for product-specific OKRs
Required Skills:
- Deep insurance industry knowledge (5 years preferred)
- At least total 10 years of experience
- 3 years experience as Product Owner
- Understanding of technology and digital products
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Leadership and decision-making abilities
- Agile methodology experience
- Stakeholder management
