Tasks
What youll do
- Translate business strategy into achievable future-oriented supply chain processes acting as a thought leader in digital transformation
- Ensure alignment consistency and end-to-end success of supply chain processes across cross-functional and cross-platform topics
- Drive end-to-end process design and facilitate architecture decisions to execute the Digital SCM Ecosystem at Knauf
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to address business-critical topics and facilitate a fit-to-standard approach
- Design process frameworks standards and governance structures while prioritizing critical topics on product development roadmaps
Requirements
Who you are
- Hold a business-oriented degree (e.g. Economics Industrial Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience in supply chain or digital ecosystems
- Possess strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and SAP S/4HANA integration with expertise in tools like SAP TM SAP EWM Signavio and Blue Yonder
- Bring extensive experience in leading large-scale Fit-to-Standard and Greenfield projects within process management and digital transformation in international corporate environments
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including executive management business stakeholders and IT teams
- Fluent in English and German with a willingness to travel occasionally to support global initiatives
