Job Description
At Auren Personas we work from the Recruitment & Executive Search division and we are dedicated to providing specialized Human Resources consulting services.
We are currently collaborating with Knorr-Bremse located in Madrid which is looking to incorporate a person for the position of Product Security Assurance Specialist.
Main tasks:
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures of the global product security governance framework.
- Ensure compliance of processes and procedures with applicable standards frameworks and regulations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of product security processes and procedures.
- Develop product security audit processes and monitor process improvement actions.
- Assist in the implementation and discharge of the global product security governance through global and regional cybersecurity managers and cybersecurity engineers.
Additional tasks
- Contribute to the revision and commenting phases of relevant international cybersecurity standards frameworks and regulations.
- Contribute to the elaboration of the product security training catalog and training material in collaboration with the Capacity Development team
Requirements:
- Academic or professional education in computer science industrial software or electronics engineering
- Cybersecurity certifications
- Knowledge in cybersecurity standards frameworks and regulations
- Industrial cybersecurity standards
- Computer and industrial systems vulnerabilities and risk treatment
- Software and hardware development
- Quality management systems
- Leveraging analytical and technical expertise from multidisciplinary teams.
- Preparing and presenting briefings.
- Ability to effectively collaborate via virtual teams.
- Ability to recognize and mitigate cognitive biases which may affect analysis.
