About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for anexperiencedBusiness Development Manager to join our Spence Doors business based on-site in Cheltenham Victoria. Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for new relationship development & management of the existing client base. New business developement and the ability to generate and convert leads will be criticial for success in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development and expansion of the companys current customer base on a statescale
  • Identify business opportunities and perform market research to determine new business leads.
  • Research trends and create new opportunities to increase sales in line with ASSA Abloy and Touchwoods business strategy
  • Generate sales improve margins and build relationships with the current customer base
  • Assist National Sales and Marketing Manager with procurement of Maintenance contracts
  • Support implementation of Regional and National Sales Strategy

About You

You will be a result and people-orientated professional who can bring positive energy and work well in a small team environment. To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • 5years experience and successful performance in a previous Business Development Manager position or similar role
  • Contruction industry experierience with an established network
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to express relevant technical and non-technical concepts clearly
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferable
  • Demonstrate ability to hit KPI targets
