Role Requirements:

2 to 4 years of recent experience in Sales and chat support
- demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
Strong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp)
Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels.
Skilled in resolving issues efficiently multitasking across conversations and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Highly flexible working hours no fixed shift model: Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
