Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assigned Areas: Davao South Digos Kidapawan

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote the companys products to healthcare professionals in order to educate them on the value that our products bring to the patients/customers.
  • Achieve Area sales targets and carry out sales calls targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
  • Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.
  • Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
  • Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territory.
  • Provide reports to Direct Manager regarding territory status to include forecasts proposals and business reviews.
  • Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the companys products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.
  • Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image ensuring activities stay in sync with legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of a bachelors degree (Medical background science biology pharmacy Nursing etc...)
  • Effective communications and empathic listening skills to relate to customers
  • Persuasive impactful persevering and a team player
  • Self-driven person confident and willing to be trained
  • Results focused
  • Anticipate adapt and act according to the changes in the business environment
  • Interested in pursuing a career in sales and in doing field work
