About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our C2S team you will work with multinationals corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
General Scope
Collaborate with C2S Leadership and cross-functional teams to improve data flows and reporting consistency.
Devise and execute strategic approaches such as identifying areas for improvement andfacilitating their practical implementation
Will manage individuals and contribute to the recruitment appointment and induction of staff
Work with other team members to perform ad-hoc tasks as deemed required by the business.
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce.
- Design and implement workflows automation and customizations to support sales processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Data Maintenance & Integrity
- Ensure the accuracy completeness and consistency of sales data across systems.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and cleansing of Salesforce and related databases.
- Support data integration from other systems as necessary.
- Monitor data flows between integrated systems and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support C2S Leadership and business development teams.
- Translate raw data into meaningful insights to inform strategy and performance tracking.
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide data analysis for strategic initiatives.
QualificationsAbout You:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations CRM management or data analytics.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team or an individual.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (certifications preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Excel Tableau).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of C2S business development or sales operations to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to train and support end-users on system usage and data best practices.
