This is a remote position.

Were looking for someone who knows how to turn cold calls into warm leads uncover the right contacts inside fast-moving U.S. trucking and fleet operations companies and help fuel a growing sales pipeline.


In this role youll take the lead on high-volume outbound outreach using Phone Burner engage prospects with confidence and clarity and identify qualified leads ready to speak directly with me. Youll play a pivotal part in shaping our sales success by gathering accurate information nurturing long-term relationships and consistently hitting targetswhile working remotely with the autonomy and flexibility you deserve.



Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1-hour unpaid break


Client Timezone: Ontario CA time



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to a diverse list of potential clients in the United States focusing on trucking companies and fleet operators
  • Utilize the Phone Burner system for efficient calling voicemail drops and email follow-ups
  • Gather and verify crucial contact information for key decision-makers within target companies
  • Identify and qualify promising leads transferring them directly to you for further discussion and potential sales closure
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within your CRM system
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and information gathering
  • Collaborate with you to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approach

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral accent capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and eagerness to learn new sales technologies particularly Phone Burner
  • Strong resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection or overcoming objections
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of the trucking or transportation industry (preferred but not required)
  • Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure that rewards success
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet professional home office setup

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an Independent Contractor arrangement the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
