We are currently working with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin that is expanding its Procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Solicitor with 23 years PQE to join a dynamic legal team renowned for its work in the public and utilities sectors. Youll be advising on a wide range of high-profile and technically complex procurement matters in a firm that rewards hard work innovation and ambition.

The Role
As a Procurement Solicitor you will:
Advise on all aspects of Irish and EU procurement law and relevant national guidelines
Guide public and utility sector clients through end-to-end procurement processes
Draft and review complex procurement documentation including evaluation criteria standstill letters and contract modifications
Act for clients in procurement disputes both initiating and defending challenges
Keep up to date with legal developments and share practical insights with clients and colleagues
Build strong client relationships and contribute to wider team knowledge and success
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
Have 23 years post-qualification experience specifically in public procurement law
Demonstrate excellent drafting and advisory skills with strong attention to detail
Be proactive highly organised and confident managing competing priorities
Show a genuine interest in procurement and public law matters
Enjoy working collaboratively and delivering a high standard of client service
