We are hiring on behalf of our client a prestigious international law firm seeking a Real Estate & Construction Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to work on high-profile real estate and construction matters within a firm known for its expertise collaborative culture and global presence.

The Role:
- Advising clients on real estate acquisitions disposals leases and development projects.
- Drafting and negotiating property and construction contracts.
- Supporting clients in planning financing and regulatory compliance matters.
- Handling litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate and construction projects.
- Collaborating with internal teams across the firms international offices.
The Person:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in real estate and/or construction law.
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions development and construction law.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-calibre legal environment.
- Excellent client management negotiation and drafting skills.
