Job Description
- Managing and monitoring the company's financial transactions and accounts
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities
- Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of tax returns
- Conducting audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues in financial records
- Communicating with relevant departments to gather and analyze financial data
- Assisting in the development of financial policies and procedures
- Providing support to the accounting and auditing team as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or auditing role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification is a plus
