Job Description
Ladies and gentlemen tech wizards and digital ringmasters: the stage is set and our client is looking for a Group IT Operations Manager to take the spotlight! If you can juggle servers tame networks and perform daring feats of cybersecurity this could be your grand performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Running the show on IT systems servers and networks; making sure the tent never goes dark
Dazzling the audience with top-tier security backups and disaster recovery tricks
Leading IT projects that wow the crowd and transform the business
Training mentoring and inspiring your team of performers to deliver a standing ovation every time
Keeping track of IT assets vendors and contracts like a master of ceremonies
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of IT administration wizardry and at least 3 years as the ringmaster of an IT team
Mastery of servers networks hardware/software (VOIP too) and the Microsoft 365 Suite
Bonus tricks: SAP SQL databases and project management flair
Show-stopping qualities: leadership problem-solving communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
Qualifications:
Diploma in IT Systems Administration or A/N MCITP Network Security
