Job Description
Position: Prodution Supervisor/Manager
Salary Range: USD 1200 OT (Sup) or USD 1600 (Manager)
Location: Hai Duong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Management:
- Oversee and consistently enhance the quality and productivity of the production line.
- Monitor and improve employee performance workplace efficiency and material flow throughout production.
- Enforce and maintain 5S standards and discipline within the production area.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is in place during production.
Product Project Management:
- Support and guide cross-functional team members (including product production testing and quality engineers) to address and resolve production-related issues effectively.
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Team Management:
- Set KPIs for the department and lead the production team to achieve goals in areas such as product quality timely delivery production efficiency scrap rate reduction and cost control.
- Offer clear direction and training to team members.
- Establish a robust production management system (including performance evaluation on-site standards and target setting) and ensure strict adherence to it.
Other Responsibilities:
- Collect and present accurate production data for managerial decision-making.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Minimum of a junior college degree preferably in Electronics Production Engineering & Management or related fields.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience at the same position in electronics manufacturing (including PCBA and final assembly).
- Work Ethic: Demonstrates a positive proactive and responsible work attitude with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent in communication coordination and teamwork.
- Management Ability: Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn and able to adapt flexibly to changing situations.
- Language Proficiency: Solid foundation in English with strong reading and writing skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiar with TS16949 SPC ISO9000 standards.
- EHS Awareness: Knowledgeable in ISO14001 OHSAS18001 and EHS documentation.
- Training: Has undergone training in production management ISO9000 quality systems and related disciplines.
- Lean Production: Capable of leading production teams using lean manufacturing principles.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
- 13th salary month.
- Social Insurance in full salary.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
