Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented highly organized Pre-Production Coordinator to support end-to-end product photo and video production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates effectively collaborates seamlessly across teams and brings a positive problem-solving mindset to every project.

Schedule: Onsite (Monday-Friday 9 AM- 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the product image creation process from line plan management and preseason forecasting to delivery and post-season recapping.
Support photo production by coordinating with Production Post Production and Logistics teams.
Track product through all stages of production using inventory and asset management systems.
Lead digital workflows to streamline studio operations.
Monitor production progress identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues to meet seasonal timelines.
Compile audit and deliver performance data and reports.
Partner with production teams to ensure work is delivered on time according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve training efficiency and compliance.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows and business performance.
Other duties as assigned to support studio operations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years in e-commerce photo studio or project management/production roles.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Art or a related field.
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and IT system proficiency.
Skilled in data analytics to drive clarity and decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends during peak production periods.
Positive energetic and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
