As an Art Director you will be in charge of providing concept and direction to juniors contributing to the ideation and conceptualization in the brainstorming process. An ideal Art Director can actively add and build well the integrated campaigns social-first content brand systems and influencer storytelling at the speed of culture and commerce
What Youll Do
Leadvisual strategy storytelling and execution for integrated campaigns and content across digital social and influencer
Architect modular brand systems and scalable templates that can stretch across platforms like Instagram TikTok YouTube and at times OOH
Concept and build visual metaphors and systemswith logic emotion & aesthetics
Mentor a team of designers and junior art directors raise the baron typography layout and design craft
Partner with content strategy and motion teams tomake ideas real fast with taste and consistency
Bring a deep awareness ofdesign cultural and tech trends and apply them with originality and restraint
Work with Senior Creative business and strategy leaders on new businesses and retainer clients to add and improve on the design and overall creative value
Proactively leverages AI for efficiency during operations and daily tasks while maintaining original thought and artistic vision
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in art graphic design marketing communications journalism and other relevant fields.
710 years of experience in creative/design roles preferably in agencies brand studios or fast-moving content teams
A portfolio that shows bothcampaign thinkingandsharp executionacross platforms (ATL social digital motion activations)
Mastery of design tools (Adobe Suite Figma) working knowledge of video/motion platforms
Experience working onFMCG lifestyle fashion nutrition or fintech brands or the hunger to dive in
Confident presenter and collaborative partner clear fast and strategic
Someone whothinks like a designer works like a producer and speaks like a storyteller
Good command over English
