We are seeking an Installation Team Member to join our crew and support the successful installation of millwork products in the field.
Position Overview
The Installation Team Member is responsible for assisting in the installation of custom millwork cabinetry and architectural woodwork at client sites. This role requires attention to detail strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Working as part of a team the Installation Team Member ensures projects are completed on time to specifications and to the company s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of millwork cabinetry casework panels and other architectural wood products.
- Read and interpret shop drawings blueprints and installation instructions.
- Measure cut and fit materials to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Operate hand tools power tools and installation equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure proper handling protection and finishing of millwork during transport and installation.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe job site at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to address challenges and resolve issues on site.
- Communicate progress concerns and project updates to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical training preferred.
- Experience in millwork carpentry or construction installation is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and construction documents.
- Proficiency with hand tools power tools and woodworking equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift carry and install heavy materials (50 lbs) as required.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work overtime when necessary.
- Reliable safety-conscious and team-oriented.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in woodworking or finishing preferred. 2+ years of experience as a wood finisher, preferably in millwork, cabinetry, or furniture. Knowledge of wood species, stains, paints, sealers, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and color samples. Experience with spray finishing equipment and proper material handling. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality control. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment. Skills & Competencies Precision, patience, and strong visual judgment for color and texture.
