About the Position: Team Lead - Travel Sales (Cebu) Onsite
Start Date: Immediate
Account Focus: Travel Sales
Support Type: Voice Support
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift Schedule Rest Days: Night Shift
Educational Qualification: Completed at least 2 years of college without any back subjects
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team lead in a sales line of business (LOB)
- Proven ability to manage sales teams with a focus on quota-based KPIs closing techniques objection handling and adherence to sales scripts
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Guide motivate and coach a team of travel sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets. This includes recruiting training and developing team members.
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Track and analyze sales results identify improvement areas and create strategies to boost profitability and meet business goals. This may involve setting sales plans monitoring trends and preparing performance reports.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service provides expert travel advice and offers tailored solutions while effectively handling and resolving issues or complaints.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of goals. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and vendors.
