Job Summary

About the Position: Team Manager - SDR (Taguig) Onsite

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Taguig / Fully Onsite

Schedule: Day Shift (9 AM - 6 PM)

Responsibilities:

- Inbound Lead Generation: Follow up on inbound sales inquiries to create new sales opportunities and build the sales pipeline. Activities include but are not limited to:

- Prospecting: Identifying potential Tenable clients through various inbound channels such as product evaluation requests demo requests contact forms webinars live chat marketing content downloads etc. Additionally utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find relevant stakeholders for the sales process.

- Lead Qualification: Engaging with prospects via phone email and digital channels to understand their cybersecurity needs challenges and upcoming or ongoing projects involving security solutions. Ensuring ongoing nurturing of leads through regular follow-ups until they are ready to engage with the sales team.

- Qualification Criteria: Applying Tenable-specific criteria to determine if a lead is qualified and aligns with the companys product and service offerings.

- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales team.

- CRM Management:

- Data Entry: Keeping accurate records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.

- Pipeline Management: Monitoring lead progress through the sales funnel to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.

- Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Providing feedback on lead quality and market insights.

- Working closely with the sales team to align outreach strategies and target markets.

- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly professionally and constructively.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking.

- Basic familiarity with operating systems.

- Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies networking or system administration.

- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of tech sales representatives preferably in a technical program.

- Familiarity with data analysis basics and intermediate skills in MS Office applications especially Word Excel and PowerPoint for strategic planning and business reviews.

- Experience managing a sales team within a SaaS environment.

- Bachelors degree or Associate Degree preferred but not mandatory.
