Job Summary

Position: Floor Supervisor Team Manager

Location: Belgrade Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses (including accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide guidance coaching and mentoring to team members.
Manage and support staff in line with organizational policies and procedures including supervision attendance performance and employee relations.
Foster effective teamwork through clear communication and regular team meetings.
Identify individual and team learning needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address them.
Contribute to learning and development initiatives to support organizational goals and performance targets.
Ensure services and operations are delivered in line with company values policies procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Supervise organize and monitor team activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with other managers and departments to support smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or management-related qualifications are an advantage.
Previous industry-related experience is desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in using PC applications (e.g. Office 365 or equivalent tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
