Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotels F&B outlets and events
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns collaborations and seasonal offers
- Manage social media content and online presence of all F&B outlets including real-time coverage of evening events
- Coordinate with chefs F&B managers and external partners to ensure brand consistency
- Create and monitor marketing materials including visuals menus and digital content
- Track performance of campaigns and prepare regular marketing reports
- Support in organizing and promoting F&B events tastings and partnerships
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 23 years of experience in marketing preferably in hospitality or F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing social media platforms and content creation
- Experience in campaign management promotions and event marketing for restaurants bars or banqueting
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an asset
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts with main focus on evening hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
