Job Description
Remote Micro-equity or volunteer basis Early-stage AI/Education Startup
Maxibook is an early-stage AI startup rethinking how scientific knowledge is delivered organized and personalized.
We are building an Adaptive Knowledge System powered by dynamic knowledge maps and LLM-driven adaptive content with an MVP expected by Q1 2026.
Our initial focus is on universities research institutions and publicly funded initiatives with future expansion into the corporate HR sector (onboarding continuous training skill-gap reduction).
We are entering the fundraising phase and looking for passionate contributors who want to help us build the foundations of a global platform.
Tasks
Marketing & Communication Contributor
- Support the definition of brand identity and storytelling
- Contribute to digital presence social media early community building
- Help create pitch decks presentations and outreach content
Full-Stack Developer (React/)
- Contribute to the learner interface (React 18 )
- Support integrations with Supabase SQL MongoDB Firebase
- Help design adaptive flows and user-friendly dashboards
AI/LLM Optimization Specialist
- Experiment with LLM integration prompt design fine-tuning
- Collaborate on knowledge mapping and adaptive content validation
- Test and refine runtime strategies with Mixtral LLaMA OpenAI

Requirements
We welcome both experienced professionals and students/early-career talents what matters most is your genuine interest in AI education and the desire to learn and grow with the project.
- Genuine interest in AI education or digital innovation
- Willingness to commit a few hours per week (flexible milestone-based)
- Desire to learn experiment and grow together with the project
- No need to leave your current job or studies join us part-time while we bootstrap funding
