- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Ensure project profitability and client retention through regular follow-ups and business reviews
- Contribute to internal strategic planning based on client feedback and market insights
- Represent Inetum at industry events and through professional networks
- Achieve objectives related to account farming growth and profitability
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within IT consulting focused on farming and client retention
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upselling/cross-selling while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Experience managing C-level relationships and working in complex client environments
- Strong understanding of the IT market software development methodologies and technology ecosystems
- Familiar with RFI/RFP processes and service contract negotiations
- Customer-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- English professional level French - B2 Level
