Job Description
This is a remote position.
Draft initial complaints and simple motions for court filing
Manage 12 sets of multi-defendant discovery documents (RFAs ROGs RPDs)
Coordinate treatment and records across 30 healthcare providers per client
Schedule depositions and coordinate witness availability
Locate and contact key witnesses including law enforcement and lay witnesses
Process medical leaves of absence and related legal documentation
Conduct thorough review of large-scale document productions (10000 pages)
Identify and extract critical information from voluminous case files
Collaborate with multiple attorneys across shared caseloads
Proven experience as a litigation paralegal (not an entry-level or trainable role)
Strong background in personal injury litigation (catastrophic injury/complex torts preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Detail-oriented with proactive case management skills
Proficiency with Gmail and Dropbox
Skilled in multi-defendant discovery and large-scale document review
Collaborative adaptable and effective in a high-volume litigation environment
Immediate availability preferred
