Job Description

Our client a distinguished Am Law 200 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5 to 8 years of experience (2017 TO 2020 LAW SCHOOL GRADS ONLY) to join its Los Angeles office.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Admission to practice in California is required.
  • Exceptional legal writing research and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on high-exposure trial matters.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated stand-up experience including depositions and courtroom advocacy.
  • Trial experience strongly preferred.

hybrid - prefer onsite but some flex to 3 days

Billable - 1950 (50 pro bono credit) 200 productive hours in addition

bonus% 2150 - 10% of base

Fee - 25% Guarantee - 12 months pro-rated
