Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to promote banking products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the banks products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A Candidate should be able to work under pressure.
- Should have (i) Pan Card (ii) Aadhar card (iii) Degree certificate.
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening (Malayalam proficiency).
