Senior Sales Executive - New Logo - Managed IT Services & Consultancy Private Sector Practice Amsterdam (Netherlands) / Hasselt (Belgium)
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive - New Logo - Managed IT Services & Consultancy to drive new business growth across our Managed IT Services and Consultancy portfolio. This is a pure new logo solution sales roleno SaaS no hardware no boxed products. Youll be selling expertise outcomes and transformation not tools.
This position is ideal for a consultative sales professional with a proven track record in new logo acquisition deep understanding of IT service delivery and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across the UK private sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new logo opportunities within the UK private sector focusing on bespoke IT services and consultancy engagements.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives IT leaders and transformation stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover client challenges in areas such as digital transformation software testing infrastructure cybersecurity cloud strategy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to shape tailored service solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and solution narratives that position our consultancy-led approach as a strategic differentiator.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements that balance client outcomes with business profitability.
- Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and emerging technologies to maintain relevance and drive strategic conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity client engagement and forecasting within the CRM system.
Experience & Skills
- Proven success in New Logo Business Sales within IT services consultancy or managed service environments.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate complex service value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organisations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity generation and deal progression.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business IT or related field preferred.
- Sales certifications or training in solution selling methodologies (e.g. SPIN Challenger MEDDIC) are a plus.
