As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up. Youll work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing teams to drive pipeline and fuel revenue growth.

Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calls emails LinkedIn and other outbound strategies
Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
Set appointments and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality
Maintain accurate and organized data in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as outreach volume meetings booked and lead conversion
Stay informed on industry trends product knowledge and competitive landscape
We offer a competitive total compensation package for this role with an expected compensation range of $50000 - $60000 annually. Total compensation is tailored to each individual and reflects a mix of experience performance and addition to a strong base this role is eligible for commission-based earnings (uncapped based on performance) and includes a robust benefits packagebecause we believe great people deserve to be rewarded for great work.
