Job Description

The People Services team (you would know them as PAC our People Advisory Centre) is the heart of employee support within People & Culture handling all employee HR queries. PAC aim to provide timely accurate and consistent advice ensuring a positive experience for every Bendigo Bank employee.

Were thrilled to announce a fantastic secondment opportunity for a Senior Manager People Services covering parental leave until April 2026. This is a chance to make a significant impact leading our team of experienced People Consultants. Youll be at the heart of our employee support ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery while mentoring and developing your team. Its a leadership role with a real opportunity to make a difference every day.

This role can be based in Adelaide Bendigo Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

What youll bring to the role

  • Proven experience leading teams in a structured work environment.
  • Expertise in supporting complex people matters and interpreting industrial instruments (e.g. Modern Awards Enterprise Agreements).
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with experience at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or Management (highly desirable).
