LOCATION: Newark DE (Hybrid 3/2)
SCHEDULE: 8am-5pm
PAY RANGE: $36/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Channel Management & Delivery team has an open position to support campaign-level activities to execute within the direct mail channel. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has experience with printing complex packages. This role will be responsible for supporting multiple monthly campaigns and working with business partners to drive the print and mail phase of the campaign. The role includes managing quality cost and time-to-market strategy commitments with precision.
Daily activities include managing the print and mail phase of direct mail including new creative set-up with the lettershop vendor choice cost estimates specs/measurements and paper selection developing accurate instructions and schedules completing paper orders auditing proofs and counts.
Point of contact will be program management platform integration postal strategies and third party vendors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
New creative set-up with the lettershop including vendor choice cost estimates specs/measurements and paper selection.
Manage ongoing campaign-level production activities across the execution process such as developing accurate instructions and schedules completing paper orders auditing proofs and counts.
Ensure accurate job estimates and on-time expense reconciliation.
Interface with the lettershop for new and ongoing projects
Achieve quality cost and time-to-market strategy commitments with precision.
Comply with enterprise and organization processes and policies.
Required Skills:
3-year relevant direct mail production experience with demonstrated command of print and mail knowledge who can independently manage the execution of campaigns and project work in a highly regulated and visible channel.
Ability to evaluate a direct mail package to identify the ideal production method and paper choice to achieve the strategic vision.
Prior experience working with third party suppliers managing complex work with critical timelines.
Proven effectiveness in managing complex projects with multiple priorities high rate of change and fluctuating volumes while meeting deadlines and business expectations.
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and third-party vendors.
Demonstrated ability to identify analyze and solve problems with the appropriate level of independence and sense of urgency.
Proficient in Excel Word Adobe Acrobat with acuity to learn and work in bank applications supporting direct mail program management.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Marketing
Good understanding of business operations and relationships between business areas
Top 3 MUST Have:
