We are looking for a dedicated CRM Specialist to join Romania Animal Rescue Livermore. As a CRM Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and improving the organizations interactions with donors volunteers and supporters. Your work will directly impact our ability to raise funds increase awareness and drive engagement with our cause.
In this role you will be involved in implementing and optimizing CRM systems analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities and developing strategies to enhance donor retention and acquisition. The CRM Specialist position at Romania Animal Rescue Inc. offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the non-profit sector while utilizing your CRM expertise to drive meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Create and implement strategies to maximize donor engagement and retention
- Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM system usage
- Segment donor lists for targeted communication and fundraising campaigns
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and industry trends
- Assist in the implementation of new CRM features and functionalities
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
