Responsibilities:
- Define own and evolve the product roadmap and vision in close alignment with business goals.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments to align expectations and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of the fleet and mobility application by analyzing user needs market trends and stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor application performance user adoption and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Generate and champion innovative ideas making a strong business and technical case for implementation.
- Lead roadmap planning sprint planning backlog grooming and progress tracking to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
- 4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a digital/IT environment.
- Strong track record of managing product roadmaps defining product vision and delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Solid understanding of both business needs and technical aspects of application development.
- Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement or adapt delivery frameworks (Agile Scrum Kanban Prince2 etc.) to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to explain why certain approaches deliver the most value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and bring them from concept to execution.
