As a School Manager you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our new school in Mokotow Warsaw.

Your role

• Drive enrollment growth: Lead the commercial strategy to attract and retain families.
• Marketing & visibility: Drive local marketing events partnerships and social media presence.
• Lead management: Convert inquiries into enrollments and ensure an excellent customer journey.
• Business & operations: Be in charge of daily operations to guarantee academic and business excellence.
• Team leadership: Coach and inspire a high-performing and customer-focused team.
• Brand ambassador: Position Kids&Us as the top local reference in English learning for kids in your area.

Were looking for someone with

• Experience in sales marketing or business development ideally in education retail or services.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver both commercial and operational results.
• Hands-on proactive and goal-oriented profile.
• Polish and English fluency.
• Based in Warsaw.
